To celebrate the incredible Fields of Battle – Lands of Peace 14-18 exhibition in Cathedral Plaza this September, Worcestershire World War 100 will be presenting their small ‘People’s Exhibition’ in Henry Sandon Hall's foyer throughout September.

Created by Worcestershire World War 100, a Heritage Lottery funded project managed by Worcestershire Archive and Archaeology Service, the People's Exhibition is a collection of stories from documents and images telling the experiences of the war and home fronts from across the county. Local people have loaned or donated letters, diaries and photos to contribute to the exhibition, which is travelling to various venues in Worcestershire.

The story is not over – Worcestershire World War 100 would love to hear from you if you have material which could expand their collections and help give the fullest understanding of the role of Worcestershire in the First World War. For information and to contact, visit www.ww1worcestershire.co.uk
